Japanese Home Cooking!

Hi Guys! How've you been?:)
Today I wanna show you how to cook Japanese traditional food.
Since I came here, I usually make this when I miss my home in Japan! It called Nikujyaga. People often says if you are girls you need to be able to make this before get married LOL


Ingredient

400g of beef
6 potatoes
a carrot
an onions
(if you want, white konyaku 1package)
☆400cc of water
☆4 tablespoon of sake, soi sauce, sugar and sweet sake




Step 1 Chop potatoes, carrot and onions into chunks (if you wanna put white konyaku, put it in the bowl of water and cut it)




Step 2 Cook those in the pot and out beef in it




Step 3 Put ☆into the pot and cook for 20min (put white konyaku before that)



Step 4 DONE

Enjoy with your meal :D

How to make Brown seaweed soup for birthday!

Hi guys~! Today I will show you how to make ‘Miyeok guk’ which is a Korean soup made from the sea vegetable miyeok (also known as brown seaweed in English).
Typically in Korea, woman after giving birth eat this soup because this soup contains high content of calcium and iodine and on birthday we eat this soup reminding thanks to mom for giving birth!!
There are various types of this soup depending on the ingredients which may be beef and/or seafood such as mussels, clams and dried fish.
It is quite easy to make but this is highly nutritious soup so I often make this when I want to eat hot soup.
In here, I will just make with beef.

Let’s start~!

 INGREDIENTS (for 3-4 servings):

- 35g dried brown seaweed (Miyeok)

- 70g sliced beef shank

- 1/2 tbs sesame oil and 3 sprinkles ground black pepper – to season the meat

- 3 tbs soy sauce

- 1 tbs Korean sesame oil

- 2 ts minced garlic

- 4 cups of water
 
1. Soak the dried brown seaweed in cold water for 5 minutes and rinse the seaweed a couple of times in running water and cut the seaweed with scissors to little finger lengths.

2. Season the beef with 1/2 tbs sesame oil and 3 sprinkles of ground black pepper.

3. Heat up a pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds and add 1 tbs sesame oil, the brown seaweed, and the sliced beef then stir it for 2 – 3 minutes.

4. Add the water then boil it on medium heat until the seaweed and the meat cook for about 5- 10 minutes.

5. Add the soy sauce and garlic, boil it for 2 more minutes.

6. Enjoy it with rice!!

Coke Chicken Wings

Coke Chicken Wings
Hi everyone, today we are going to teach you how to cook coke chicken wings!
Preparation: Chicken wings, ginger, onion, soy sauce, and most important ingredient, the coke (can be pepsi or cocacola)!
Firstly, we have a cut on the chicken wings so when we marinate them later, they will obsorb the favour deeper.
Secondly, we marinate the chicken wings with ginger, onion and soy sauce for half an hour.

Thirdly, we fry it for a while til the oil came out from the chicken wings.

Finally, we put coke in and cook it for half an hour.

 

And nice coke chicken wings are ready to serve!

Special Fried Rice

Special Fried Rice
 
Hi everyone, today we are going to show you how to make Chinese special fried rice. For preparation, we will need two fried eggs, hams, green beans, corns, rice, and prawns.
 

Firstly we fry the eggs, then put hams, green beans, and some corns, fry it for a few times,
then mix the rice, prawns and eggs into the pan too, fry them together, feel free to add some soy sauce or salt.

Then a nice fried rice is ready to serve!

Battle breakfast in every morning

It's an good idea to save time for morning which is usually in hurry.But having breakfast is always time consuming, thus a 10 minutes breakfast should be necessary.

ingredient: 2or4 pieces of bread, several pieces of ham & cheese, 2 eggs and salad dressing if you like.
step1, cut off the side breads(1.5mins)
step2, put ham and cheese on a bread one by one, then cover the other bread on top.(1 min)

step3, break up 2 eggs and stir it into liquid in bowl. Start to heat a frying-pan with some oil by low flame for preparation of step5. (1.5 mins)
step4, Spread the egg liquid onto the sandwich,a brush could be needed.(1 min)
step5, Put the sandwich on frying-pan for frying. (5 min)
step6, Eat it very quickly!

My Most Favorite Delicious Junk Food
Although there is barely any nutrition in junk food, even harmful to human body in some occasions, it is no reason to get ride of them from our diet habit.
4) Skewered Mutton


The skewered mutton was popular very broad populace diet in the past few years in China, and it basically does not have the division of pale busy season. The meat from mutton is softer than beef, and can be baked by many different methods such as roasted by charcoal fire, stove or bamboo fire and so on, and each way produces its special taste which is different from each other.

3) Chips
While I thought it is call ‘potato chips’, its actual name is ‘French Fries’, and it is from Belgium, originally. During the First World War, the American soldiers ate this fries in Belgium, thinking it is delicious, which was the beginning of the popular of chips. Of course, it called ‘French Fries’ because Belgium soldiers were using French language at that time.

2) Grilled burgers


Traditional burgers were mainly composed of two pieces of small round bread with a piece of beef in the middle. In modern burgers, however, food materials such as pickled cucumber, onion, tomato slices and Salad were put inside burgers. With its delicious taste, burger is one of the most popular fast food around the world.

1) Chinese BBQ Pork


Chinese BBQ pork was originally from Guangdong province. After curing the pork, Lean it on forks and put it into oven for toasting, by a small naked flame. The good produced BBQ pork should be bright in color, smelled nice, and tender, with a little juicy.

Mooncake


Moon cake

Moon cake is East Asian regional Mid-Autumn Festival food. In the ancient time, it was taken as the sacrificial offering at Mid-Autumn Festival in China.
It is said that the custom of Mid-Autumn Festival eating moon cake was started from Tang Dynasty, and it was called ‘Palace cake’ at the time. After it spreads among folks, it became circle and called moon cake as meaning of gathering and happiness.
Moon cake usually uses wheat flour as the skin, and it can be filled with various stuffing material to reach different taste.  
It is similar to Steamed rice dumplings in dragon boat festival and sweet dumplings in lantern festival, which are Chinese traditional culture.

Healthy Chips!!!

Hey guys! In the supermarkets or convenience stores, there are so many different kind of chips right? You have so many choices!!!
If you can make your own, wouldn't be nice? you don't have to go to there to buy chips anymore!
I will show you how to make it AND this is so healthy because NO OIL USED.

Ingredients

YOU CAN JUST NEED ONLY 1 potato and salt  

Let's make it!



Step 1 Peel potato and slice thin



Step 2 Put potato with salt on the baking paper on the table in microwave and heating for 4 or 5 min




Step 5 If your potato looks like chips, DONE


*If you put other things on your chips, you can enjoy various tastes:)
