Hi guys! Today I will talk about how to make JAPANESE STYLE SPAGHETTI! It’s
not difficult to cook at all:) When I go back to Japan I always make it and even in
here I make it a lot!

Ingredients
- Spaghetti 300g
- Shimeji mushrooms 1 pack
- Tuna (in oil) 1 or 2
- Butter 2table spoon
- Saki (if you have it) 2table spoon
- Soi sauce 1table spoon
- Salt & pepper as much as you want
Step 1 Heat butte in a fry pan over medium heat. Cook shimeji mushrooms and saki for few minutes.
Step 2 Meanwhile, put tuna with oil. At the same time, start cook pasta in
a large pan of boiling salted water to packet instructions boiling pasta.
Step 3 After tune is cooked, put soi sauce and salt and pepper.
Step 4 Drain pasta, then add to fry pan.
Step 5 Mix everything. FINISH!!!!
