Not enough time to cook!
When I don't have enough time to cook and don't want to eat fast food, I just make KIMCHI PANCAKE.
This is easy and simple to make! Just follow me~!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of chopped kimchi
- 3 tbs of kimchi juice
- 2 tbs chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped green chilly and spring onion (if you want)
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts sugar
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of water
1.Place 1 cup of chopped kimchi, 3 tbs of
kimchi juice, 2 tbs chopped onion, ½ chopped spring onion ½ ts salt, ½ ts sugar, ½ cup flour, and ¼
cup of water into bowl and mix it well.
2.Heat up a pan over medium high heat and
drizzle about 2 tbs oil and place the mixture of kimchi pancake on the pan and
spread it thinly and evenly with a spoon and put green chilly.
3.Cook it for 1-1 ½ minutes until the
bottom gets golden brown and crispy.
4.Turn it over with a spatula or flip it.
5.Lower the heat to medium and cook for
another 1 ½minutes.
